Europol, EC3 Strategic and Crime Prevention Advisor
Bruno Halopeau is currently Strategic &Crime Prevention Advisor in the EU CyberCrime Centre (EC3) at Europol. He is also a Member of the Permanent Stakeholders’ Group of the EU Network Information Security Agency (ENISA) having an advising role to the Management Board on the Work Programme.He holds an MSc degree in Computer Science from ESIEA Paris, and is passionate about challenging engagements and more particularly Security and Safety issues; he therefore dedicated his career to the CyberSecurity field & fight against CyberCrime.By further completing his education with an MSc in Strategic Management and Competitive Intelligence from Ecole de Guerre Economique (EGE) in 2010 and having worked equally long both in the private and public sector, empowers him to have a sound and broad knowledge on Cyber matters.
