The film highlights benefits to recipients with regards to being able to focus on their studies, the fact that they can network, attend lectures and other activities which helps them achieve good grades. As well as being able to achieve their career ambitions.
From an industry viewpoint. Providing scholarships assists with ongoing recruitment, being able to train students into their way of working, and it provides a pipeline of homegrown talent for their organisations.
It also encourages greater diversity and inclusiveness within the work place which helps to build new ideas and approaches to problem solving.
