    Roger Targett

    Electroflight Ltd, CEO

Roger Targett is the CEO of Electroflight Ltd who will explain how the company is developing the P1e electric powered aircraft. In the same way that the automotive industry is developing electric powered cars, the aerospace industry is looking at the exciting possibilities and benefits that electric propulsion can offer. The Electroflight P1e has been designed to demonstrate the advantages of pure electric flight and will set new world records in terms of speed and performance. One of the unique aspects of the aircraft is that it will feature contra-rotating propellers that will be powered by electric motors in a very compact, high power propulsion unit. It is anticipated that the P1e aircraft could be used to develop an electric air race series and also to influence future larger aircraft designs.
