After buying his very first house Dan was mortified to receive all the property information in loose paper. With a need to manage this information properly, Dan turned to BIM Level 2. Armed with a myriad of British Standards, Dan has been blogging about his journey to produce an information model about his home showing that even a small two-up, two-down in South Wales can benefit from a little bit of Information Management.
