About the session

Case Study: Leveraging geospatial transformation to enhance accuracy of asset and customer locations to realise business benefits and enhance customer experience.

Water utilities in the UK are currently going through significant change as per the Water Act 2014 directive to introduce competition in retail space and this could potentially extend to domestic customers in the future. They are also under increased pressure to sustain prices due to economic conditions. As per Water Act 2014, Water companies will need to be more innovative, more efficient and more attentive to what their customers want. This seminar focuses on how water companies are looking at technology to drive business outcomes with examples of industry specific innovative solutions.
