This presentation discusses: what's missing in GPS alone?; other constellations available (Glonass, Galileo); improving GPS-only receivers using multiconstellation receivers (MCR) and what vulnerabilities remain even in the MCR; the technical and economic viability of the "all-existing constellations" receiver; and prospects for a future-proof receiver (e.g. plus-Compass, Glonass-CDMA, IRNSS).
