This presentation considers the risks and opportunities that will be faced by infrastructure managers in meeting the various growing (and changing) demands on their infrastructure businesses during the 21st Century. Although the UK electricity distribution infrastructure is used as the prime example during the presentation, the parallels with other infrastructures are readily apparent.
