New Thames Valley Vision has built upon the learning from other DNO projects, international experience and industry experts to compile a wealth of learning not just in the value of Automated Demand Response (ADR) to a DNO but also in customer engagement, control, and shedding parameters. With over 2000 load-shed events across 30 customers, through two and a half years of trials this session will provide a quick-fire overview of the challenges, opportunities and key learning outcomes.
