  • Duration: 14 mins
  • Publication date: 31 May 2016

About the session

Utilities have never had so much data available; the flood of information threatens to become overwhelming. With the smart meter rollout and move to smart grids in energy and water, the volume of data will only increase. The challenge for utilities is to take control of the information: to specify the right information in the first place, to manage that information, and ultimately interpret it to create actionable insight resulting in business and customer benefit.
