About the session

The UK communications sector is increasingly open, interconnected, and vital to national infrastructure. As a result, it faces a rising tide of cyber threats, insider risks, and resilience challenges. This session explores how legal frameworks, regulatory oversight, and advanced testing methodologies—like TBEST—can strengthen our defenses. TBEST is an outcomes-based approach to security that simulates real-world attacks and builds organisation-wide resilience.
