Small-scale measurement and control of aerodynamic flow enables practical larger-scale applications on aerodynamic platforms ranging from micro-UAVs upwards. This presentation describes work carried out at BAE Systems on MEMS devices for fluid flow measurement and control, together with some practical evaluation work.
