Abstract
Abbie Hutty, Spacecraft Structures Engineer at Airbus Defence and Space, uses her BBC micro:bit to test the parachute design which one day may be used to help the ExoMars Rover reach the surface of Mars as safely and efficiently as possible.
This video has an associated case study booklet which has been designed for teachers to use with their students to highlight the relevance to the real world that the BBC micro:bit can achieve.
