    Peter Lu is a Counsel in the firm's M&A Corporate Practice based in London and leads firm's China practice in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Peter is a fluent English and Mandarin speaker. His practice focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and corporate governance, advising clients across a wide range of industries, including consumer, energy, infrastructure, transportation and financial institutions. Peter was seconded to British American Tobacco for six months in 2010. He is regularly asked by clients to act for them on their M&A transactions and corporate governance issues. Peter is a postgraduate supervisor at Peking University and teaches M&A courses at Chinese and foreign uni-versities. Peter joined White & Case in January 2017 from a magic circle law firm.

Jenny has over 20 years’ experience of facilitating SMEs’ access to investment, both in the UK and internationally. She ran her own consultancy on access to finance for SMEs. In 2009, Jenny co-founded Angel Capital Group which she sold in 2017. She took on her current role as CEO at UKBAA 2012. She also sits on advisory groups, including the Steering group for Emerging Technologies and Innovations for Innovate UK and the Advisory Board for the London Co-Investment Fund and the Scale-Up Task Force Access to Finance group. She has an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Before joining Innovate UK, he was the Head of Innovation at Orange Business Services, where he managed collaborative innovation with Orange’s customers and partners..
