Abstract
BAE Systems engineer Charlotte was awarded the 2012 WES Prize at the Institution of Engineering and Technology's (IET) Young Woman Engineer of the Year award ceremony for her work with Failure Review and Corrective Action System . She was also a finalist back in 2010 for her company's Apprentice of the Year award, winning the category for community achievement. This video shows you the amazing work that Charlotte has been doing in the aerospace engineering industry since the young age of 16.Being awarded the 2012 WES Prize means a great deal to Charlotte, as she feels it is industry recognition of her achievements to date and that it will support her management career aspirations.
