Abstract
Speak Out Revolution is a not-for-profit, founded in 2020, working to cancel the culture of silence on harassment and bullying in workplaces across the UK.
They launched a nationwide anonymous Speak Out survey in Nov 2020 to anonymously gather lived experiences of harassment and bullying from across all sectors in the UK. The survey focuses on the employee experience of achieving resolution within the workplace.
In this talk Marie Hemingway will share insights into the lived experiences of employees, barriers to resolution and opportunities for individuals to be an ally, ultimately driving cultivation of a truly inclusive workplace.
