    Mark has spent over 20 years in the healthcare environment across a broad spectrum of strategy, policy and operational delivery areas in both the public and private sectors. Having worked for more than 10 years in the NHS in purchasing and supply at local and regional level, Mark became executive for e-commerce at the Department of Health (PaSA). He joined Boston Scientific in 2003 with responsibilities that included relations with Government and Opposition, the DoH, NICE, patient advocacy groups, clinical professional groups and the media, to promote the benefits of minimally invasive medicine. He was also responsible for funding and reimbursement and increasing patient access to therapies that deliver patient and economic value. In his current role Mark is responsible for Health Economics and Government Affairs for Europe where he leads teams based in a number of European countries dealing with reimbursement and market access strategies.
