Abstract
FIRST LEGO League Challenge is a global STEM (that’s science technology engineering and maths) programme for children and young people aged 9-16. The IET are proud to be the delivery partners for FIRST LEGO League in the UK and Ireland, because FIRST LEGO League is the perfect programme to start young people thinking about engineering as a potential career path. FIRST LEGO League Challenge is more than just a robotics competition – it’s a life-skills programme that develops important skills through real-world research and teamwork, to better support young people with their future careers.
