Nicola is Director of LSE Library and theLibrarian of the British Library of Politicaland Economic Science, which includesthe Women’s Library. Nicola’s career hasfocused on leading change in libraries inorder to meet the demands of a digitalworld, with roles at the British Library, theSchool of Oriental and African Studies(SOAS) and Imperial College London.Nicola has contributed to a number ofnational and international initiatives in support of evolving the role ofresearch libraries and she has served as Chair of Research Libraries UKfrom 2017-2019.
