Swindon (in Wiltshire, UK) is a diverse town with many different industries that make the town very recession-proof, but are there enough technical companies within and around Swindon to support another college? Based on the format of the BBC's Question Time programme, this debate gave attendees the opportunity, rather than listen to speakers, to raise the questions that concerned them.
