About the session

We proposed a 4-channel 100-GHz-spacing in-series DFB laser array in good single-longitudinal-mode operation. Based on the reconstruction-equivalent-chirp technique a long linear-chirped Bragg grating with multiple λ/4 phaseshifts are implemented in the laser cavity. The proposed structure paves a way for the wavelength-tunable in-series DFB laser array.
