This presentation discusses: interpretation of the rules in the Radio Regulations (RR) and other regional publications; comparison with other mobile Earth Stations operating in the C- and Ku-bands today; the state-of-the-art of the equipment and resilience to causing interference to the FSS (Fixed Satellite Service) and other services; and WRC-15 AI 1.5 and possible recommendations to the Conference.
