About the session
Rising customer expectations are forcing water companies to raise their game on customer service, even as the political landscape brings customer legitimacy to the fore. C-MeX, the successor to SIM proposed as part of the PR19 methodology, seeks to facilitate this, pushing companies to explore new methods and solutions for communication and engagement, and linking this more strongly to financial incentives and penalties.
