About the session

The future of the AEC workforce depends on our ability to extract lessons learned from our seasoned jobsite superintendents while leveraging the native technology expertise of our millennial workers.

By 2025, 75% of the workforce will be Millennials, of whom 78% say access to technology makes them more effective in the workplace.1 With workforce demographics so quickly changing, how do you create pathways for technology use and building expertise, respectively, that bring value to the individual as well as to the organisation? How do you source and retain your workforce? How do you ultimately standardise digital tools and processes across projects teams?
