Terahertz Device Modelling for Application in Astronomy and Atmospheric Remote Sounding

This presentation briefly reviews circuit modelling of core heterodyne receiver components, the frequency mixer and frequency multiplier, used in support of terahertz (THz) astronomy and atmospheric science remote sounding experiments.
