    Veronica Noone is Senior Manager responsible for the development of energy strategy within Scottish Enterprise. She is SE workstream lead on the Low Carbon Infrastructure Transition Programme and is speaking in that capacity. Originally trained as a Town Planner, Veronica has had a varied career in the public sector and academia including leading on the Glasgow Edinburgh Collaboration Initiative, the Low Carbon Investment Conference and wider programme and strategy development in a range of different policy areas.
