Abstract

At this open-to-all event, WISE and University of the West of England (UWE Bristol) brought together employers, educators, and apprentices to share best practice on inclusive recruitment and retention within STEM apprenticeships. Attendees heard insights from UWE&'s Women in Industry project, engaged with a panel of apprentices, and explored practical tools and strategies to drive more inclusive apprenticeship programmes.
