About the session
The participants will generally address the DSO organisational resilience. The resilience of the electrical distribution system can be defined considering the capability of the distribution system and its operators to withstand and recover from high impact and low probability phenomena such as snowstorms, hurricanes, earthquakes or terrorist attacks.
However organisational resilience implies not only the ability of the system (physical and technological infrastructures) to withstand and recover from these events, but also how the company as a whole, including its human resources, contributes to ensure the organisation's success.
Panel members will present how resilience has been studied, developed and implemented in their organisations
