At London's Olympic Park, systems integration (SI) was responsible for developing and implementing a programme-wide strategy for the delivery of systems capable of supporting LOCOG's overlay and minimising redundancy in legacy. This presentation focuses on each stage of SI assurance: scope verification; design assurance; delivery assurance; test and commissioning; utility risk assessments; systems proving; and systems recovery planning.
