We demonstrate a system using Silicon Nitride-based integrated Kerr frequency combs to enhance the ultrafast digitization oflarge bandwidth signals. A dual-comb architecture is used to realize a broadband photonic channelization of the incoming RFspectral content. High frequency signals up to 40 GHz are detected with 6 ENOB.
