Duspy Abiola

International Airline Group (IAG), Head of Global Innovation

Dupsy Abiola is Head of Global Innovation for International Airline Group (IAG). She helps lead digital innovation projects, acceleration and investment across the group, whose companies carry 100m+ passengers per year. She is an Oxford Alumni who began her career as a barrister specialising in complex technical claims. She then founded and exited a start up in the HR tech space.Outside work, Dupsy is a board member for F-Lane (a global accelerator program focused on female empowerment), a frequent public speaker and media expert. She has numerous features including Wired, the Financial Times, and on the BBC. She was named one of the top 100 influential Black Britons by the Guardian in Oct 2016 for her passionate advocacy on inclusion within leadership and organisations.

Mark Jannetta operates within Barclays Group Innovation Office, focussing specifically on the UK Business.He aims to help Barclays better understand the potential for change and engages with Fintechs on a Global scale to identify and match in solution opportunities.
Sam Salisbury

Centrica, Director Innovation Labs

Sam leads the Centrica Innovation Labs. The Labs provides start-ups and in-house ventures with business support, investment and access to Centrica’s customers, people and networks to help them grow their businesses. Sam started his career at Arthur D. Little advising clients on business strategy, innovation and operations. In 2011, he joined Centrica in the corporate strategy team, and recently led the Centrica backed Ignite impact investment fund. Over the past four years, Ignite invested £10m in 16 UK based enterprises.
