    Electricity North West, Smart Metering Programme Manager

    Simon is the smart metering manager for Electricity North West and has 25 years experience of the electricity supply industry. Before taking on his current role Simon was responsible for the creation, development and submission of second tier LCN Fund smart grid projects. In 2011, 2012, 2013 and again in 2014 he was successful in gaining cumulatively £36 million of funding to deliver the C2C (Capacity to Customers), CLASS (Customer Load Active System Services), Smart Street and Respond projects respectively. Previously he led the delivery of the structure of charges (SoC) project within Electricity North West and implemented the common distribution charging methodology.
