At this event, a series of topics to engage both the panellists and the audience members were discussed. Some of the proposed topics of discussion included; the importance of quotas in improving gender equality and the benefits/disadvantages of positive discrimination. As our panellists are influential figures in their respective industries, it is hoped that this lively discussion will be both thought provoking and will give the audience a platform to engage and listen to reasoned arguments.
