About the session

Narrow-linewidth thermally tuned multi-channel interference (MCI) widely tunable semiconductor laser is demonstrated which realizes a tuning range of more than 45 nm (covering the whole C-band) side mode suppression ratios up to 56 dB Lorentzian linewidth around 200 kHz and total micro-heater tuning power below 50 mW.
