NHS National Services Scotland , National Services Division, Head of Engineering and Energy
Kathryn leads the Engineering and Energy team within the Strategic Facilities Directorate of NHS National Services Scotland. The Directorate’s role is to provide professional support and advice to all NHS Boards and other stakeholders in all aspects of healthcare estates management. The Engineering and Energy team have the specific remit of ensuring engineering safety and resilience across all NHSScotland sites, and of ensuring that those sites operate in as energy efficient a manner as possible. Prior to joining the NHS, Kathryn spent over 15 years in energy and carbon consultancy, where clients included local and national government, GSK, Calmac and BT.
