    Dr Grant Dawson

    Dr. Grant Dawson works as the Legal Lead Specialist for the InterOPERA project (https://interopera.eu/). He holds a BA from Columbia College in New York, a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Centre, and a PhD in International Environmental Law from the University of Groningen, Faculty of Law, Department of Transboundary Legal Studies. He regularly publishes and lectures on a wide range of legal topics. His publications include the book entitled, International Law and Sea-Dumped Chemical Weapons, published by Oxford University Press in 2023.
