The requirements for a practical intelligent radar management pulse pattern generation are outlined and a simple intelligent pulse pattern design scheme outlined. The limitations of the scheme are outlined and the further development work needed to produce a fully optimised 'intelligent radar pulse pattern manager' are outlined.
