Abstract
This wafer scale large area amorphous silicon radiation hard X-ray imaging array with adjustable dynamic range realises four cameras with two separate resolutions in one array with significantly reduced noise and faster read. This reduces the required X-ray dose and produces a faster readout with superior linearity and dynamic range.The IET Innovation Awards celebrate the products, technologies and processes that lead the way in engineering innovation.
