Abstract
London Underground have been awarded the Asset Management Innovation Award for 2010 for ESTEEM - a whole life cost optimisation and decision support tool for the management of Civil Engineering and Premises Assets. The judging panel felt that the innovation's contribution to whole life asset management made it a worthy winner.The IET Innovation Awards celebrate the products, technologies and processes that lead the way in engineering innovation. Spanning 15 categories, the Awards are judged by engineering experts and recognise the depth and breadth of innovative work being carried out across all areas of engineering and technology.
