Allan Harley has an extensive background in lean management and health and environmental safety, becoming an expert in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing. His plant is a winner of the BFA Awards, for both Best Engineering Plant and Best Environmental Plant, due to the '2020 vision initiative', which has resulted in a 56 percent reduction in waste created per product made.He has also been in with much of the coaching and development of staff, as well as the deployment of Lean Management tools (e.g TPM, problem solving and logistics).
