Abstract
Most adults have a resting heart rate between 60 and 100 beats per minute. The fitter you are, the lower your resting heart rate is likely to be.
This video is part of the IET Faraday's teaching resources developed in September 2015 as part of the BBC micro:bit programme exploring how the accelerometer function within the BBC micro:bit can be used to measure your heart rate.
