    Dominic Bowers is an energy consultant with more than 30 years’ experience of energy strategy, energy modelling and techno-economic development and appraisal. He has an expert knowledge of the decentralised energy market and provides strategic advice to public sector and private developer clients. Dominic leads WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff’s Energy Solutions team which comprises 25 engineers and analysts based in offices across the UK. He is a board member and past chairman of the Association for Decentralised Energy and is a regular speaker on district energy and has delivered a number of technical seminars on energy centre design.
