Probalistic Shaping and Coding

We implemented distribution matching and dematching (DM/invDM) on an FPGA in a back-to-back configuration for the first time demonstrating very low BERs. At a post-FEC BER of 1.5E-15 a BER after invDM of 1.6E-14 was measured.
