Abstract
FIRST® LEGO® League Junior is a brilliant programme for younger children aged 6 – 9 years. Based on Core Values like friendly competition and communication, the teams have to design and build a moving LEGO model using LEGO Education WeDo 2.0 equipment. There is also a project challenge based on the topic for the season and the team have to present their work on a Show Me poster. The Expo events where the teams demonstrate all their work are great fun and encourage the children to get involved with STEM subjects.
