Jukka Ruoskanen received the D. Sc. (Tech) degree from the Helsinki University of Technology (TKK), Finland, in 2005. He is currently a Principal Scientist in Finnish Def. Forces Technical Research Centre. His research interests include RF and mm-wave sensors, especially radars, and scientific computing.
