Abstract
In this week’s EngShort we look at the lack of #womenengineers and what can be done to change this. #AdaLovelaceDay is an international celebration of the achievements of women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths careers, which takes place on the second Tuesday of every October. There is a lack of women in the #engineering and technology profession, so we ask why this is in our latest #EngShort video. We need to see more #WomenInSTEM and #WomenInTech, which will require a joint effort from Government, academia and industry.
