The challenge for the engineering sector is to encourage the next generation of workers. To help them do this the IET hosted its first Engineering Open House Day. Groups of children were invited into a number of venues across the country to highlight the importance of engineering. ITN was just one venue happy to welcome some budding TV technicians into their studios. Carolyn Sim found out what happened when they went behind the lens.
