Abstract

At Digital Construction Week in 2019, we spoke to experts to learn about Digital Twins and their importance in Smart Cities.

They highlighted the need to integrate Digital Twins in Smart Cities and the benefits residents would experience with this integration.

With data availble such as air qualitiy and natural resources, Digital Twins tells a story and allows you to compare and contrast this information with other cities. Digital Twins allow citizens to make informed decisions about the changes that needs to happen within their cities.

If we want to create more efficient cities that suites our every day needs, data needs to be made available and the best way to do this is through the collaboration of Digital Twins and Smart Cities.
