Abstract

Diamond Jubilee Scholarships Scholarship winners will each receive an IET Scholarship of at least 1,000GBP per year, for up to three years for Bachelors students and four years for MEng students. They will also receive free membership of the IET for the duration of their course, if not already received as an IET Academic Partner with their university. The first instalment will be paid in January 2016 and subsequent payments will be made annually subject to satisfactory tutor reports. Charles Belling Diamond Jubilee Scholarships In 2015, we will award three scholarships of 2,000GBP each, supported by the Belling Charitable Settlement. In addition, the winners of these scholarships will receive 1,000GBP awarded by the IET or another donor. The IET Great Exhibition Scholarships We will award ten scholarships of 1,500GBP per year, supported by the Royal Commission for the Exhibition of 1851. We will also award eight scholarships of 1,000GBP per year thanks to support from The ERA Foundation, 5 scholarships of 1,000GBP per year funded by BAE Systems and 10 Diamond Scholarships for Women of 1,000GBP per year funded by Siemens. Approximately 70 Scholarships will be available in 2015.
