Delivering our promises to the Tube

As railway projects get more complex and expensive, do the suppliers to the railway industry have the ability to meet its requirements? What are the issues and how are suppliers dealing with them? Under a 30-year public-private partnership (PPP), Tube Lines is responsible for the maintenance, renewal and upgrade of the Underground infrastructure on the Jubilee, Northern and Piccadilly lines, including track, trains, signals, civil work and stations.
