    Smartzer, Founder

Smartzer is an interactive video player - consumers can click on anything in a video to see more information and to make a purchase. Smartzer has a focus on customisable design, user experience and creating the ultimate consumer journey allowing retailers to maximise conversions from their video content. With the ever increasing presence of on-line video and the constant challenge faced by online retailers to engage with their customers and to use data to better understand their customers, Smartzer offers a new generation video player coupled with an analytics platform. The analytics platform provides demand prediction data from product preview videos, as well as detailed engagement and sales analytics. Smartzer is a young, ever evolving company based in London. Their founder, Karoline Gross, famously appeared on Dragons Den in 2014 winning praise from the Dragons for her ingenious retail technology solution, which adds another layer to on-line videos to enable the consumer to click and then buy directly from the video.
